    Hey Raymond, I've been checking in, but not digesting what's been going on with your deadlift.

    What's going on being stuck at 185kg for a month+ now? With these haltings, are you switching to haltings/rack pulls?

    Yup. Deadlift stuck. Usually it's a technique thing. Maybe I going to do a 10% reset, and hope for the best. :-). Thx for the question, Bill.
