    Tweaked my right lats, due to no warm up or whatsoever.
    Felt funny at first, then after a few hours, crazy muscle spasm occured.
    Walking for 3 km seem to help a bit.
    Managed to get some sleep.
    Took 3 gram of Potassium Chloride in the morning and the spasm started to get better.
    Try to lift, but doing a single air deadlift will trigger the spasm. hurts like hell.
    Walked a short distance of 3km. Sleep was fine and when I woke up, the spasm is totally gone!
