    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Doing Andy Baker Classic HLM.
    Age: 32
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 193 lbs

    Haven't maxed out since last summer but my best lifts are:
    Deadlift - 365x1
    Squat - 300x1
    Bench - 260x1
    OHP - 155x1

    Goals are 350/300/400.

    (3') Bench 205x5x5
    (2') Pendlay Row 165x5x5
    (90s) Dips/Hanging Leg Raise superset 3x12
    (2') Neck Extension/Flexion superset 4x25
