Deadlift 460x1
Decided not to go with the deadlift back-off set. I figure introducing a wild card into my recovery needs right now is probably a bad idea. Just gonna stay the course until I end up trying some kind of max attempt. It felt kinda slow, almost like the second rep from last week's set. I might end up deloading the lowe rbody movements again one more time before I finally go for training maxes on the two lifts.

Bench came out strong in the beginning, grindy at the very end. Big jump in bodyweight, probably had to do with all the chicken I ate sunday night though.

Pulldown 185x10x3
Went ahead and pulled the trigger on the max attempt today. I don't think I got all the way to depth, it felt too easy. I also had a bit of a fart at the bottom that may have made me hesitate to go all the way down. I'm trying 380 next week, and making sure I am witnessed. Snatches feel hard but I keep managing to do them. I feel I am getting a bit more explosive with these. Might be I am a little more comfortable racking them than I am power cleans, due to my funky arm proportions. Pulldowns were annoying, mostly because of having to wait for dumb gymbros who don't even work out on the machine and just kind of fuck around with it. If you are able to comfortably carry out a conversation on your earpiece while you are lifting, you are not lifting, you are fucking around.

Went ahead and moved the press to 3 sets after the third one today was a bit grindy. I'm not sure I would've been able to get all the way through 6 sets. Felt a little weak in general today. Maybe cutting back on my eating a little is the reason for it. I tried to keep it a small cutback, I just don't like breaking the 300 pound mark. It's already becoming uncomfortable walking around at this weight.

Felt like shit doing these. I don't know if it was because I've been eating lighter this week or because I went without the bike wednesday. I definitely felt winded as fuck doing those squats. My back has also been feeling sore all week. Think I'll do another "LM week" for both lower days.
