    Bench 230x5 @8
    Strict Press 130x5x5 @8.5?
    Arnold Press 37.5x10,10,7
    Barbell Curl 70x10,10,7
    Dumbbell Side Raise 15x10,8,6

Better retrying this this week. The presses are getting a bit odd. I guess part of the issue is that I'm doing them strict now, so I shouldn't expect them to match what I was doing with the 2.0 for a 5x5. Think I'll try obeying the RPE and taking a step back in weight. Also added side raises to the assistance stuff. After all the other work I obviously can't do them very heavy. I also did them really strict, trying to keep the upper back out of the equation. I think deltoids are a weak point for me. My press isn't god awful compared to the rest of my big lifts but I think I do the 2.0 hip movement too well and my shoulders aren't getting exposed to the stimulus they could be.

    Weigh-in: 296

    Pulldown (prone) 160x10,10,9

Laying off the lower body entirely this week. Just did the pulldowns and hopped on the bike for a bit.

    Bench 205x5x5
    Seated Press 115x5x5
    DB Incline 52,5x10,10,8
    LTE 80x10,9,6

Stayed off my feet pressing today, since it seems like standing presses have been aggravating whatever has been wrong with my back. Had this weird cramping/tight feeling in my right quadriceps. Made leg drive in the bench hurt a bit, but I was able to push though it. I think I am going to move away from TM style programming for now, dropping intensity workouts and instead doing a lighter 5x5. I'll probably move to a new log next week. I can't really experiment with this too well anymore, the injury has kinda fucked that up. I'm gonna need to be re-acclimating my squat and deadlift.

    Pulldown (supine) 200x10,10,6
    Chest Supported Row Machine 145x10x3

Threw in the machine because I wanted to mess around with it, and figured I could use a little more upper back work since deadlifting is off the table for this week. Probably a very light start weight, but that's fine. This'll be the last entry here, I think.
