    Squat 305x5
    Power Clean 140x3x3
    Pulldown 225x5x3

Weak again today. Something is fucking wrong with me. 300 squat last week felt great, reps in reserve and everything. 305 this week I was grinding out rep 4, let alone rep 5. Power cleans were abysmal, a small jump in weight and I was barely managing them and starting to black out at the top. Extremely winded after even warm up sets. Something is really fucked here, and I don't know what.

    Press 161x2x3
    Bench 212.5x5x5

Bench felt hard today, especially on the biceps. Presses were tough, but I don't think I had any limit reps.

    Deadlift 385x5
    Squat 260x5x4

Things today felt harder than they should have, I've got a lot of fatigue built up, I think. Tendons are sore rather than muscles, and lifts don't seem to perform as well as they should. Also, I'm having trouble with my moods lately. I'm going to go ahead and make the next week a de-stressing week, see if I can come back the week after feeling better.

    Weigh-In: 287.8 pounds

    DE Bench 155x3x10
    Press 136x3x4

Decided to experiment with dynamic effort work for the intensity work this week. Thought it'd be good to keep the neuromuscular efficiency up while easing up on the stress from intensity work. It was definitely an interesting workout. I don't know if I was doing it fast enough, but I had enough momentum going that the plates rattled and it felt like the bar wanted to jump out of my hands at the top.

The lower volume presses still felt pretty hard, so a deload was probably a good idea.

    DE Squat 205x2x10
    Power Clean 140x2x2
    Pulldown 227.5x5x3

DE squats sure were an experience, especially in a poorly cooled gym. I haven't sweat that much in a long time. I felt like I was slow coming out of the bottom, but speed built up toward the top. My heels left the ground a little bit a few times and I had to struggle to keep the bar from jumping out of position. So I'm assuming I did these right? Anyway, power cleans were still hard afterward, but got done. Pulldowns still all managed to touch down on the chest, so progress continues normally.

    DE Press 105x3x10
    Bench 215x3x4

Bench felt kinda hard still. I guess I really needed this break.

    DE Deadlift 295x1x10
    Squat 265x3x3

DE deadlifts feel awful slow for me, even slower than the squats did. Squats today felt fine. I'm optimistic next week will be good. The only soreness I've got is a strange sensation that feels like it's in the connective tissues around the knee, probably from DE squatting, since it manifested after Tuesday. Hopefully a bit of squat work today will help refresh it and I will be 100% by next week.

    Weigh-in: 291.2 pounds

    Bench 252.5x2x3
    Press 136x5x5

Back on the grind today. Press oddly felt better after the first set or two, it felt kinda weak to start. Maybe it was just the acute fatigue of the bench doubles. Doubles got hung up a tiny bit on the very last rep, but I think I can bring it up to 255 next week.

    Squat 310x5
    Power Clean 140x3x3
    Pulldown 230x5x3

Squats were hard, but I pulled them off. Power cleans also got pretty tough. I don't think I will ever manage over 200 pounds on these in my entire life. Pulldowns creeping up in difficulty, but the bar hit the chest on every rep still.

    Bench 207.5x5x5

That last double was pretty hard, but I got it up. Bench was pretty easy. Felt like weight, but I probably could've done these for a couple more reps.
