    Keep at it!
Don't think that would've worked out well, the guy had to be at least 6 inches shorter than me. He wasn't tall enough to even setup under my squat.

    Press 155x3x6
    Close Grip Bench 195x2x6

5 pounds was a big jump for the press, but I made it. From now on on this program I'm gonna do 2.5s though. Nothing too grindy, but I feel like with 5 pound jumps I can come to missed reps rather suddenly. Close Grip Bench went a lot smoother. Decided I would pause them at the bottom before exploding them up as hard as I could.

It's strange, being off the zoloft. I feel like I am able to neurologically signal more intensity out of my muscles.

    Squat 265x5x3
    Deadlift 450x2

Tried doing the squatting first thing today, worked out pretty well I think. I was shocked how well those deadlifts went up. I felt like I could've ground out a third. Another anecdote in favor of keeping off the zoloft.

    Weigh-In: 296.2 pounds

    Bench 245x3x6
    Strict Press 120x2x6

Bench got significantly slower as time went on. I'm still gonna attempt the 5 pound jump next week though. Might tack on a minute or so more rest time to compensate. I've been leaving it at 3 minutes for my upper body lifts for a while now, but with weights this high I think I may benefit from an increase, seeing as this is basically the weight I'd do for a light squat day. I didn't warm up the presses to save time, but I should have. The first two sets were real creaky in the shoulders. But after that, speed went up and there wasn't any snapping, crackling, or popping.

    Squat 360x1x3
    Power Snatch 100x3x3
    Pulldown 180x10x3

Hard singles, but I don't think even the third one was hitting a limit yet. I'm gonna keep going to 365 next week. Snatches got a little harder, but I think I'm getting the hang of them. Worked out at a different gym today, so the pulldown machines were a little different. But it's nice they have partial 5 pound add-ons you can slide down onto the stack instead of having to pin barbell plates against them.

    Press 157.5x3x6
    Close Grip Bench 195x2x6

Had some hard reps today on the press, but I think it was pathing inconsistencies. Gonna shoot for 160 next week.

    Squat 270x5x3
    Deadlift 455x2

Deadlift ended on a slow grind, so only a single next week. Thinking I might tack on a back-off set of 5 afterward.

    Bench 250x3x6
    Strict Press 120x2x6

Now I've got 6 sets of 3 where originally I was only able to do 2. Last rep on the last two sets got hung up slightly, but I still pushed them out. Need to think carefully about what I'm going to do next. Might lower the jumps to 2.5 from here, I dunno.

    Squat 365x1x3
    Power Snatch 102.5x3x3
    Pulldown 182.5x10x3

Was told AGAIN that that last single was only "kinda slow". I think my fiancee might be trying to get me to kill myself under a barbell. Snatches felt a little harder on the tail end of those squats, but my legs got a little bit of their power back on the final set.
