    A quick blurb would be this, though:

    Female, Age 32, Height 65", Weight at competition 207lb

    First Competition Results (28 May 2022):

    SQT 386
    BNC 204
    DLT 407


    She won the meet (best in weight class, best female lifter, New Records for local federation: Best Total, Best Squat, Best Bench, Best Deadlift).

    This log will pick up where she left off. She's been performing as an intermediate lifter for some time; the meet makes a good break-point for logging here on the forum.

    Barbecll Curl: 45x50 (reps achieved in 4 sets)


    Some elbow weirdness coming in, going to try to pin-fire.

    Squat was a misload. I Rx'd 240; she loaded 250. It went just fahne though it "felt" heavy. Video shows set 3 clocking in at 1.5 seconds per rep, so we're gonna roll with it. But I'm moving squats to triples for a mental break anyway.

    Abby went 8 days without a lift for personal reasons mostly. Session greased along just fine.

    Abby's having a tough go of it still. Only got squats in next session. They moved crisply though.

    Gonna run 3x3 on squats for her for a bit and LP that way. She's got plenty of strength but needs the mental break. That'll still get her 27 good reps of squat a week.
