Two more PRs today. Could've taken the triple on deadlift but something urgent came up mid-set.
A bigger issue here ... Abby's primed to make some wicked gains right now, but her gym just booted her. I mean, not really ... she was deadheading at a gym owned by a friend, and the gym-owning friend changed policy so "non-members" can no longer slip in and lift. Reading between the lines, sounds like a bunch of the owner's friends were taking advantage and not cleaning up after themselves (I suspect Abby was not among them) so he locked the whole thing down.
We shall see where Abby's lifting this week I suppose.
