I reduced the squat weight to ensure I hit depth and focused on the tips (thanks again Bill):
Nipples point to floor at top of movement to ensure hips went back right away, I also tried to feel my hamstrings stretch.
Point toes out at 30 degrees a little more open of a stance then I was doing previously.
