    Squats keep going up. I’m moving the conventional deadlift to Saturday which means I can have a deadlift variation on Tuesday now.

    - Bench Press: 5 x 3 @ 92.5
    - Chin Ups: 5 x 3 @ 15.

    Nice short light session. Squats were without shoes or belt as I will have to be without them while travelling next week for work, they felt fine so that's good news.

    I am moving Deadlifts to Saturday so Chins moved to today, CG Bench became regular Bench as I'm transitioning back to powerlifting, aiming to compete in the middle of the year. I'll aim to push up my Press for a bit longer before swapping Press and Bench Press in the program.

    - DB Shoulder Press: 10, 10, 9, 9, 9 @ 26
    - Triceps Pressdown: 10, 10, 12 @ 28.

    Squat was a PR and felt pretty good. Unsure if I will go for 150 x 5 or 150 x 3 x 2 next week, will think on it further.

    - SLDL: 5 x 3 @ 130
    - Tricep Pressdowns: 15 x 3 @ 28.

    Travelling for work this week so had a lift a day early, really felt it during the squats.

    Forgot my microplates for the Press so had to audible, I think the heavy triples plus back off were a reasonable choice.

    SLDLs in now for additional pulling volume, I’m trying to get back into competition form so these should help. Felt great too.

    - Lat Pulldowns: 7, 6, 5 @ 80

    Couldn't find a dip belt in this gym (I was travelling at the time) so opted for lat pulldowns rather than bodyweight chin ups; this was a bit silly, should have just done chin ups.

    - Press: 3 x 2 @ 65
    - Deadlift: 5 x 1 @ 177.5
    - DB Incline Press: 9, 8, 6, 5 @ 28
    - Machine Curl: 10 x 41.5, 10 x 2 @ 44
    - Triceps Pressdown: 15, 12, 10 @ 31.5

    Squats move to triples, Press moves to doubles. Good progress all around.

    Numbers reset a little this week because the rep schemes are changing on intensity day. This came at just the right time as I’m a bit under the weather - the sets were challenging but doable.

    I have signed up for a meet in June. I will therefore give myself to the end of the month with Press twice a week as I'd really like to Press in the 70+kg range, after which I will switch two 2x Bench Press, 1x Press each week.
