questions bout The Bridge
where's that confounded bridge?
55, 250, 6-4,
S 245(265)
DL 265(295x3, twinged the lower back), hence these lower #s, and about a 2 month break,
B 126(139)
P 79(87)
C 134(145)
It seems there's new thinking on post novice training, including for master class age,
and instead of lowering reps, that more and varied rep schemes is the new thinking,
do I have this correct?
then from the programming chapter,
where we are using rpe to set work weight,
that's to be rpe for each variant of squat, push, and pull?
I'm not repping 9rpe's in a paused squat based off the 1 rm weight calc, am I?
I'm setting a 9 rpe for that paused sq as I perceive that squat, right?
I've come up on these top weights a couple times over the last couple years and either got sick, or tired, or snowflake,
currently training 2 times a week, 1 heavy, 1 to last warm up, as from previous books,
sleep is my achilles heel.

Are you asking about Drs. Feigenbaum and Baraki's post novice Bridge e-book? Neither of them visit this sub-forum on any kind of regular basis, so you might try Jordan's forum.
If you have a specific question about your own training that you want my opinion on, I'll opine, gladly. But it sounds like you have questions for the authors of a book about their book, and this is not the right place for that.
