    Anyhoo.....

    The Doc poked and prodded me, no lumpy bits seen or felt, probably just a tight spot in the muscle on the right side of lumber. I'm now up to 180kg LBBS for singles and in a few weeks will be on 227.5kg deadlift ( 405 & 500lbs State side values ) so if it was anything serious I'm sure I'd know for sure by now
