Keep up the great work! Once they kick you out of Golden Corral for good, there is always Stan's Monster mash. Equal parts ground beef, rice and bone broth.
Easy to make, easy to digest, and you can tolerate a bunch of this to gain weight. Good macro balance for your training too.

Finally feeling better. It takes me more than 24 hours to recover from training now. I am working on that left arm and showing some improvement.
    Off to go eat.

Sorry to hear that Paul. I hope you are wrong. You’re a bright spot on the Internet, which is generally a wasteland. It helps me to think of you out there fighting and staying strong. Thanks for letting us follow along.

I prefer to believe that you're wrong. Again. I prefer to believe that you'll post again.

Paul: I too hope you are wrong. In the course of my own, relatively insignificant physical problems, you have been--and will continue to be--an inspiration--to make certain I don't catch myself whining over small shit--and keep going, regardless of how I have to modify my own program. Best regards and Godspeed!

Happy Thanksgiving! Time to get off my ass and get back to training! I am starting a new treatment plan. Lots of anecdotal evidence.

I'll see what happens first hand? And what do I have to lose? Still doing chemo, so far not that bad!
