Every once in a while, I get to gleefully say to myself “Wrong again!”

I hope you did that too! Keep us posted.

I have introduced sugar in my diet again. It seems to clear some of the fog away.

No side effects from the new treatment.

THANKS! I had a great day of training yesterday. New PR on bench press range of motion - bar touches chest now! I got pretty excited about that! I did deadlifts (much better with the left hand), squats using safety bar, and bench press.

Sir, if you would be willing to do so, I think it might be helpful to the community as a whole to have an explanation of your “not so final” post on here. Far too often, people give training up for seemingly inconsequential reasons, however, I have a pretty good idea what prompted that post and I think it would be powerful to see your now bench press PR post through the lens of what caused that prior post.

I have tried to figure this out myself. Maybe despair? Sometimes I reread this thread to get back on track. I'm not sure I am answering the question. Still not 100% in the thinking department. This has happened twice though. Usually after I didn't see any improvement. I have noticed I am more emotional than before. I did renew my CPA license. So I am ready to work another year!

Self imposed barrier? I have had the best support group, wife fixes me a huge breakfast every morning. To the "Bros" spotting me! To the strangers who help me at the gym.

I just didn't want to hang around. I had everything in order and was ready to go! I do better in the mornings. I don't expect next Sat to go as well. I start a new round of chemo on Friday
