    I have been blessed. Yes, I enjoy my work, and I have great clients!

    I did make it to the gym today. It doesn't take long, I lost 75 lbs on the leg press.

    Some good news! Walking I would almost just drag the left foot along. I would hear it shuffle every step. Not any more! Left hand is improving also.

    I had chemo yesterday. Sat in the chair while they ran poison in my veins. Not doing bad today. I will train.

    I did train today - safety bar squats, deadlift and bench press I love it when it feels heavy!

    Yesterday I had no energy. Today I woke up clear headed and felt strong. I will train tomorrow.
