    I had a great training session with Jason. Lots of work to do to get range of motion back!

    Picture is from this morning. The range of motion ain’t bad at all. (I last saw him a few weeks ago and he couldn’t stand or move the left side of his body hardly at all.) Next session we begin leg press and loaded incline bench press (with rails- either facing into squat rack or on smith machine.) Paul’s wife is helping him bulk up with steady calories.
