Keep up the hard work! You are an inspiration.
I worked out yesterday. Rack pulls, overhead press, and some goblet squats. I have a long ways to go to get proper depth!
And you have a longer way to go to be dead, now that you're training.
I am up to 150 lbs. But it is mostly fat around my middle - up to 23% body fat per my Tanita dual frequency scale. I will keep working on getting my depth back. When I first started I didn't have much depth either. I just hope I can keep things going with the chemo and radiation treatments!
You old fool, if you mention your bodyfat again I will personally drive up there and break your arms. I'm only 4 hours away, so don't try me. If you are getting fat, you are gaining muscle mass too. You haven't the luxury of vanity at this point in your life.
Remember I am only a half-wit!
I did walk 1.3 miles today!
I walked 1.7 miles today. Still 150 lbs but I have been eating like crazy! For sure I need an afternoon snack!
I ran (at least that is what I am calling it) about 10 yards today during my walk! I surprised the wife!
