This doesn't even begin to do this thread justice, but I completely agree.

I had a good workout today. Leg press 200lbs, some deadlifts, db rows, curls of course (I wait until a Bro is doing them in the mirror, then I step in with the 5 pounders). Every day I see some signs of improvement in the left side!

I went shooting today. It is always fun no matter how well I do. I shot my competition gun. If you show up with this you better shoot well!

    A Walther enthusiast?

Opinion on the PPK? Truly a “delivery like a brick through a plate glass window”?

No, I just prefer to shoot the best gun I can for the purpose. When it comes to shooting 9mm, I shoot A Springfield XDM. Of course modified with a 2.5lb Trigger pull. I can't shoot two handed yet!

I am a little pissed off! My weight is down to143lbs! But I am done with chemo for a couple weeks now. Doctors upped the dose and it was harder on me. I did deadlift 100 lbs on Sunday.

Up to 144lbs today. I had a good workout Sat - squats (safety bar), deadlift, and bench press. I am feeling better. Now I need to get some work done!

Setback Left hand is not doing well. Trembling Doctor thinks it could be brain inflammation and prescribed Dexamethasone.
