Only if it's wrong. It often is.

Surely someone of your intelligence could see the difference.

But hell, what do I know, I’m only a neurologist who owns an interventional pain management clinic. I guess I’m also guilty of using the bullshit diagnosis of Piriformis Syndrome.
The only thing you’re guilty of is acting like a self-righteous ass. But what do I know? I only graduated high school.

Millerfarm; your wife may want to try taking Magnesium Citrate to see if it helps.

Well, if her problem is constipation rather than the pyriformis, this will help for sure!

OP, in all honesty, a good coach is likely the only thing that your wife would need. It seems as though she wishes to train, and a solid coach who deals with people with training related issues often would likely be worth the investment.

Could I trouble you to entertain us with some reasoning behind this recommendation?

The Citrate made just as much sense.

Not sure what a smooth muscle relaxer is supposed to do in this case, especially given we do not have labs that shows the OP's wife is magnesium deficient.
