When I am standing I feel excellent, the problem is that after a few minutes sitting I begin to feel that area uncomfortable, until I stop again. I have not been able to see a doctor yet, but my plan for the moment is gentle training, working on the technique, stretching gently (although I am not a "mobility" taliban, I did have them forgotten) and the spinals that Rippetoe recommends for "activate" the lower back.
