    There is zero reason to get a second opinion regarding a possible meniscal tear. Meniscus tears, without mechanical locking symptoms, are best treated conservatively with full ROM resistance training.

    Thank you! No mechanical locking.

    So, deload my squat, minimise bounce out of the hole with the lighter weight, and run a normal LP back up? OR run it up a bit faster like coming back from a lay-off?

    No reason to artificially reduce the weights if you can manage heavier weights.
