Yeah, lol, that's how I think of them, too, so it was a little bit embarrassing to get into it. I'm not really sure why these machines exist; maybe the women think they can burn inner thigh fat? Anyway, within 5 sessions, I was using the entire stack of plates, having started at about 3/4, so there was rapid progression. I agree that better squat technique would probably have made this unnecessary. I first started tweaking my adductors as I tried to improve my technique under a heavy load, which probably wasn't a good idea.
