Mr. Morris, How long did it take for you to be back to 100%. My arm is getting better but, I am wondering if this is a 6mo to year process?

Mine bothered me for about two solid months and then once I started doing the heavy, slow curls and benching before and after stuff that aggravated it, I was completely pain-free in about 6 weeks.

Is the point to make the tendon in as much pain as possible? Been doing barbell curls and while the area in numb the next day it really is not doing much to heal it.

I was cleaning my garage and found som old dumbells and figured out if I hammer curl it, the pain in the specific area increases. You think this is a better idea? It hurts but whatever I can do to heal is what I need to do.

So to answer my own question here... I would say yes. Once I hit my arm in the worst way possible, which happend to be a slow hammer type curl. That is when my arm really started to heal. I had to make the pain severe and right at the very bottom of the curl, which requires me to lean back and just torture the shit out of my tendon. I still have a minor issue but Im 90% healed.
