I went to a walk-in ortho clinic and the doc said he was 99% sure that I had a ruptured adductor tendon. He said that 98% of the time this injury does not need to be surgically repaired and he insisted I start PT today. My appointment is later today. The pain today is significantly less than it was Wed and Thur...my question is this...should I be doing the Starr Rehab Protocol? Should I start squatting right away?
