Hello,

I have bilateral golfer's elbow, tennis elbow, dequervain's, intersection syndrome, and what I think is possibly extensor tenosynovitis in my wrists (I get pain on the back of my wrists from loaded wrist extension, typing and pressing movements).

I also might have distal bicep tendonitis which I confused as golfer's elbow (which I definitely have).

I also have rheumatoid arthritis, but the pain in my wrists and elbows feels very different from RA. There is no swelling present in the aforementioned injuries, unlike RA. The pain is exacerbated doing specific movements, also unlike RA.

How should I go about rehabbing these problems?

Can I rehab while in a calorie deficit? I am obese.

4 years ago, I received cortisone injections into my medial epicondyle and the joint space from the lateral side. I now realize this was a really bad idea.

How long can I expect rehab to take? I've had the golfer's elbow for 15 years and it is pretty severe--curls with a 10 lb dumbbell leave me in excruciating pain, and I cannot type more than a paragraph without starting to feel pain.

Thanks.
