My freaking back hurts every day. Age 36, 6'4, 240 lbs, 340 Lb DL and gaining, been in the SS paradigm for about a year. Just above the pelvis bone, chronic lower back muscular pain, non stop. It hurts if I train, it hurts if I rest. Hurts when awake and through the night. Stretch or no stretch. NSAIDs and hot tub provide temporary relief. Pain is more on the left side. I deadlift once a week, squat once a week. The best feeling times are immediately after a heavy deadlift, and light manual labor like painting or mowing is the surest way to invite spasms. How do I make the next 40 years not feel like this?
