My left forearm stops me from progressing. It concerns my flexors.
I feel it most when doing deadlifts, power cleans and chin-ups, but I also feel it when bench pressing and pressing.
It gets worse after every workout and it's at a point where I need to take some time off from training.

Is there anything I can do to fix it? I'm looking for something similar like doing lots of chin-ups for fixing elbow tendonitis.

You need to manage the total load that your forearms are experiencing. Decrease the total amount of volume that you are doing holding things in your hands and then gradually build up your tolerance again. Use straps for deadlifts, switch to pull-ups or lat pulldowns if able, make sure you are using hook grip for cleans. As a few weeks go by and things start to feel better start to phase out the straps.
