    Thanks! Definitely will do.
    I haven't been coached in a long while. I'm looking pretty seriously at one of the self-sufficient lifter camps in TX this summer just because it's been so long, and I imagine it'd help to get in-person coaching on the three movements I'm most likely screwing up. I'm definitely one of the "motor morons" talked about around here, so it's taking me a long time to get the form down.

    It's entirely possible. I tend to squat too deep, and the low back is something that seems to break down for me first in the squat. I'll see if I can't re-check that as well. Thanks!

    Thank you Nick & Stef; I had submitted this same question last week (Upper hamstring tendon pain), except that it hurts only coming out of the bottom of the squat, (no issue during DL). Basically, let it heal for a week or so, then slowly start increasing the load.
