I agree with Ripp here. Make sure your form is clean, get in front of a coach to confirm that, if you can't get in front of a coach, try online. Close grip for bench. At the very least record your lifts and review them yourself with the blue book as a guide.
As far as PRP, I have seen it in clinic about half a dozen times with benefit for lateral epicondylitis. I have not seen any cases for shoulders.
