While on Ibuprofen, I have virtually no pain and no loss of movement. Everything works as normal.
If the pills work, can I take it as a good sign that I dont have something seriously wrong with my shoulder?
Should I give the Ibuprofen some time to do its magic before I start training? I was thinking two weeks or so of 600mg a day they stop, see what happens and start up lifting again.
Any thoughts? I really think it was caused by bad bench form, and then just pushing though the pain.
