LOL nevermind it went away.
This sounds lame but here we go:
I'm currently doing Texas Method and I did my top sets everything seemed to be fine. That night I had some pretty extreme cramps in my calf.
I have some swelling in that calf and when I poke my calf it jiggles and hurts.
I'm doing Texas Method and it's pretty painful to do PCs.
Today I was able to do my volume on squats just fine. When I did RDLs in lifters it seemed to be fine.
Is there anything I could be doing to get back to power cleans?
