shoulder girdle pain after squating
just started the workout, first set of 286 lbs(130 kg) for five, before the last rep, took a breath and felt something pop in the area of the scapula, had to bring the bar back to the rack.
the pain is more severe when i turn my head to the left without using the rest of the body, the pain is on the left side as well.
what it can be?
