Recently I've been having lower back issues from squatting. This started about a month ago, when I attempted 180kg for 5 reps. I was going several inches below parallel by accident and even had to bail the 5th rep.
My back hurt quite a lot after that, I went home and decided to rest for the week.
Afterwards, I started back at 175kg for 5 which felt quite easy and I did not have any lower back pain. At the end of the session, when doing deadlifts, my back would hurt even with just the barbell, so I ditched them for the session.
For two weeks after that, my back would hurt whenever I attempted deadlifts, but it didn't hurt on squats. The past two weeks however, it has been increasingly hurting more from squats, culminating in today's session. I did 190kg for 5 reps and was in so much pain after, I couldn't do my presses.
I'd like some help on how to fix my issue. I'm afraid it's an actual injury and not a form issue, which will force me to take time off and/or see a professional. Below is the link to today's squats, in the same YouTube channel are all my squat clips since I started SS about two months ago.
I'm currently doing the late novice progression, with heavy squats on Monday and Friday. I stopped doing the backoff sets about a week ago because of the pain after the main set.
