What does internal impengment mean. My understand was tissues such as the roator and the labrum rubbing and causing damage. I guess my real question is why does this happen or how. I understand subacormal impengment is the acormon causing damage to the cuff or bicep due to not enough room or damage to the superspantus. I looked at a ton of medical studies and it doesnt really explain well why internal impengment happens.
Thats my theory as well lol
