Hello,

over a month ago, i hurt my Lower Back/Hip during heavy deadlifts. I was already feeling a little pain when i was warming up but instead of stopping i did my work set with 390 lbs. After that the pain was very intense and got worse the next day. I had trouble bending over. The pain felt like it was at the lowest part of the lower back but also in my hips, and more on the right side. I stopped Deadlifting and squatting for 4 Weeks and it got much better but i still felt it a little bit. Last week i started doing squats again, but the pain came back again the day after. Far not as intense as it was after i injured it but still annoying, especially when sitting.

How should i go forward ? Stop training completley until its away or train through it ?
My biggest fear is that its a Disc prolapse, even though the symptoms are not quite as described for that matter.
