A few years ago, he received a diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome in his left (dominant) hand/wrist. Since the initial diagnosis, he has had two surgeries, one in-situ release and then a revision subcutaneous anterior transposition. He has not felt that either was very successful, and is now speaking with a new specialist to consider a third procedure to stop any further regression.
My friend is extremely smart and as a former strength trainer, has a healthy skepticism of the entire medical establishment. I asked and received his permission to post the quick version of his story here to see if you or someone in your orbit can provide consultation, and if so, to understand the associated costs.
Thanks much!
