How bad is the tear? Can you feel the defect with your hand?
Has anyone ran the starr rehab protocol twice a day? I have a mild to moderate pec tear and an at home gym. I’m considering running an AM and PM session to accelerate the blood pump and rehab process. At least for the first few days until there is some weight on the bar.

There is very little bruising if any. I can feel the spot that has the most pain, but I wouldn’t say it is any different in size/feel than the other muscle around it. The connection towards the bicep is a bit sore too, but I don’t believe it is anything more than pissed off. There was definitely pain on rehab day #1 benching with the bar only, but it didn’t get any worse. I only did 1 session so far. I think today’s session will be a good tell as to whether or not I can try to accelerate it.
