Hello.
I have right knee pain for quite a while in the pattela at list 4 month,the pain is not a big deal 3/10 4 sometimes but it still bothers me .It started when I had a personal trainer who told me to do front squats,lunges and leg extention/curl.I started the linear progression
I followed the program the best I could as it written in the blue and the gray books,I can do full and heavy sqauts ,I recently added the power clean and is ok too although I am not sure and I maybe Pernoid.I make prety good progres I eat a lot and drink my milk,the pain is pretty much the same.

I got an ultrasound 2 weeks ago everything is fine exept my Suprapatellar bursa which has "a little bit of an extra fluid"
Do you have any advise? should I continue the program as it is written or should I lower the squat frequency and ditch out the cleans till the pain go away?
