After heavy squats, Repeating niggling pain in left side lower back somewhere just above hip level. Doesn’t affect lifting too much but it manifests itself after when I happen to place all weight on left leg, say I’m leaning over forward and to the left. I get the sharp pain in that area and my leg gives way, ie I have to catch myself from falling ! Very unsettling. Goes away with time but always comes back after heavy squats, would love to know what I’m doing wrong that could be creating it. Previous form checks have been good.
