    Update. Even with my normal mri the surgeon is finally doing surgery. With my symptoms and the deformity he finally agrees that it’s torn. Surgery is may 27th

    Completely torn? How would an MRI not pick up a torn pec? if it's a partial tear don't they heal overtime?
