    Your knees have to come more forward, not much, but some. Right now, you're just hanging off them on the descent.

    Thanks for the feedback, Satch. I will give it a go, but I'm a little apprehensive that too much knee at the top would produce a too-vertical back angle (the initial problem). I guess the pendulum is swinging and I'm trying to find that perfect balance of hip and knee.

    Ass goes back to balance knees going forward, and as the ass goes back the chest points at the ground.
