Thanks again for this advice. Things are going well. I have adjusted my squat depth and wonder if you (or a colleague) would be kind enough to check it. I see from the side that my knees are travelling a bit late. Do I need a more horizontal back angle to set my knees quicker? Does this knee slide hinder depth?

These squats are at least two inches high.
I've been working on depth and timing (using a TUBOW) and using pain relief when necessary and I think things are improving.
This is about as deep as I can get without slacking off the hamstrings. If you have a moment to check, I'd be most grateful. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
