    You know like a training montage from Rocky. When he runs up the stairs.

    I’m guessing I should start loading with less weight than the bar? Or should I start with the empty bar?

    Can you squat the empty bar without falling over?

    I could definitely squat the empty bar without falling over. Although the low bar position is tough for me, it gave me tennis elbow. I need to work on my mobility or use a Buffalo bar.

    Wouldn’t the bar just tear up my calf again? Or would it help get rid of the swelling
