Pain in right groin after squatting
Hey Coach, recently I’ve noticed that after squatting I have been getting some pain in the part that connects my leg and groin on my right side. I have been squatting regularly using a wide stance with a 40-45 degree foot angle with a focus on knees out as it helps me get in the hole better. Do I need to adjust my stance to fix this? Is it just weak hip flexors that will fix themselves? It flares up immediately after my squat session and lasts about a day (can feel the discomfort mostly at night), and then I feel able to squat again the next day but the pain returns like clockwork.
Would appreciate any suggestions to fix this. I am not squatting heavy either, just 195lb 3x5.
