Injury
Hi Mark!
A couple of days ago i was in rugby practice and i sprained my ankle while sprinting in a muddy field, there is bruising and i can't even make my knee go to toe level, medic said rest, ice and Ibuprofen for 2 weeks minimum. I have zero dorsiflexion, i was squatting about 125kg already and seeing good carryover with the novice program, even sprinted faster than a wing, but now i don't know how much to wait before lifting again, or how to recover my ankle mobility to Squat/Deadlift/Walk/Run.
