Avoiding AC joint pain?
Which movement / lift produces AC joint pain?
I've developed acromioclavicular joint pain on one side. Luckily there was no particular moment during one of my lifts that caused it -- I noticed it the morning after. But this means I don't know what I did to cause the pain.
Which movement/ lift typically causes AC joint pain? I'd like to avoid future injury.
I've searched through the forum about AC joint pain. Perhaps it's from improper technique while benching? I haven't been able to find what the mistake is while bench pressing that causes this injury.

No correctly executed movement causes AC joint pain. That should tell you something.
