    Hello,
    8 weeks ago I have a surgery to repair an accute grade 4 ac joint separation, all the tendons were cut. At week six I started again the linear progression squat 3x5 110 pounds, deadlift 1x5 145 pounds and press 3x5 44 pounds. Now I'm at squat 125 pounds, deadlift 165 pounds and press 80 pounds. I'm not sure if I'm going to heavy. I feel I should make my squat heavy because I'm not having troubles with that, but the deadlift y bothering me were the ac joint was and the press is uncomfortable.

    How was the repair performed?

    It was and arthroscopic with endobutton system

    How did 80 pounds feel when you pressed it?

    It felt hard but no pain just some discomfort, same with the deadlift and the squat the only problem was the rotator cuff when I get the bar in position.

    Sounds to me like you've worked it out. Go on up slowly. Good luck with your training.

    Thank you very much for your time.
    Ps: Today I squatted 176 pounds 3x5, press 80 pounds 3x5 and deadlift 210 pounds 1x5. After every session I have less stiffness and everything feels better.
