Now that my Benchpresses are getting heavy they are starting to hurt my elbows. The weight on the Bench actually feels light but the pain in the elbows makes it heavier. I'm benching 126k for 2x3. Height is 175cm and weighing at 93-94k. Is it golfers elbow? when I do some rehab for that, it does make it feel better. Anyone else struggling with the same thing as there bench gets heavier? Putting on elbow sleeves helps a lot but I don't want to rely on it because I feel like they are cheating...I could be wrong.

Could be squat grip affecting the elbows.
