My question for the board is: does this snapping (or rolling rather) of my ulnar never and the associated tendon cause damage to the tendon or nerve when it occurs? I’ve found that the snap is painful for when doing the press unless I wear a very tight elbow wrap. The snapping still occurs, but is not painful. The area around my elbow is occasionally sore in the morning after training, but usually fades over the course of a day and is rarely inhibiting.
